We knew it was time for a change that would refresh our visual identity and realign our values and mission with who we had become. Our journey from The Molo Group to TMG Marketing Partners wasn’t just about a new name or logo; it was about embracing our growth, strengthening our partnerships, and setting the stage for an exciting new chapter in our story.

 

Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future

As our company evolved, it became clear that our brand identity needed to evolve with us. We were growing, and our brand needed to reflect that growth—not just visually but in every aspect of how we presented ourselves to our audience. We wanted a brand that would resonate deeply with our clients, convey the maturity of our services, and showcase our commitment to partnerships built on trust and mutual success. The decision to rebrand was about aligning our brand with the values and vision that drive everything we do.

Transitioning from The Molo Group to TMG Marketing Partners was a thoughtful decision rooted in respect for our history while embracing the company's future. We chose to retain the initials "TMG" as a nod to our beginnings, ensuring that the legacy of The Molo Group remained part of our identity. Adding "Marketing Partners" clarifies who we are and what we do—focusing on the collaborative nature of our relationships and the results we deliver.

This rebrand signals to our clients, our team, and ourselves that we are ready for the next level. We’re honoring where we came from but also confidently stepping into where we’re going.

 

Redefining Our Visual Identity

Clear and Compelling Content

We chose to realign our visual identity with natural, earthy tones that symbolize the essential elements of life—sky and earth. We transitioned to a blue and green palette, with each color thoughtfully selected to represent the qualities we value most.
Blue, representing the sky, conveys peace, trust, and creativity—key elements in how we approach our client relationships. Green, symbolizing the earth, reflects growth, rejuvenation, and stability, aligning with our commitment to helping clients thrive.
By using these colors, we aim to create a sense of harmony, promoting the feelings of peace and rejuvenation we want our clients to experience in every interaction. This palette reflects a partnership that is as nurturing and inspiring as the natural world itself.

A Logo That Tells Our Story

At the heart of our visual rebrand is the meticulously crafted logo, designed in-house by our talented lead designer, Giselle Morales. It was crafted to tell the story of who we are––it’s a symbol of our growth, our values, and the partnerships that define us.

  • Interconnected Letters: The "T," "M," and "G" are closely positioned and overlap, symbolizing collaboration and the seamless integration of ideas. They visually represent how we lean on each other and work together with our clients.
  • Emphasized "G": The larger "G" is a tribute to our new owner, Cristalle Gleason, whose leadership has been pivotal in steering our growth. It’s a nod to the personal touch and commitment she brings to every aspect of the company.
  • Crisp and Clean Design: We wanted a logo that was modern, professional, and versatile, capable of adapting to any medium while clearly conveying our brand’s essence.

These colors reflect the brand's commitment to clarity, professionalism, and contemporary design in their rebranding efforts.
